Who Is Nikole Tantra and Why Did I Choose This Path?
My name is Nataliia, although many people know me as Nikole Tantra.
If someone had told me years ago that I would one day guide people through yoga, mindfulness, and tantra, I probably would not have believed it.
Like many people, I have experienced different chapters of life. Education, work, moving to new places, relationships, self-discovery, joy, and disappointment. There were times when I wanted to control everything and times when life taught me to slow down and listen to myself.
Through these experiences, I realized something important.
Most people do not suffer because there is something wrong with them.
They suffer because they have lost connection with themselves.
We often live through responsibilities, expectations, and constant activity. Yet within each of us there is a place of calm, clarity, and inner strength.
My journey began more than 15 years ago with yoga. Over time, psychology, bodywork, breathing practices, and tantra became part of that journey.
Today, my goal is not to change people or tell them how to live.
Instead, I want to create a space where people can relax, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves.
I believe that real transformation happens not through pressure, but through awareness, acceptance, and gentle self-care.
